1. Mr. Danmal Porwal: Chairman Cum Managing Director

He looks after the overall management & day to day affairs of the company. He is a B.SC agriculture graduate from Rajasthan University and possesses 40 years of experience in the finance and Chemical industry. He is well versed in all aspects of financial business. He is assisted by the following team:

a) Sunny Jain (Chief Financial officer)

He is Post graduate and Assist in formulating the company's future direction , supporting tactical initiative And Manages the accounting, human resources, legal and other departments.

b) Mr. Jainendra Kumar Jain (Company Secretary)

He is Company Secretary of the company & Helps in developing and overseeing the systems & ensure that the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.

c) Suresh Sharma (Chief Accountant)

He is Post graduate in Commerce and Handles Accounts and taxation of the company.
